Install Universal Desktop
Important: If you are a Citrix Microsoft Terminal Services user, see your Citrix admin for new software releases. Do not follow the steps below.
If a previous version of Universal Desktop is not on your machine and you do not receive an installation package from your System Administrator, install Universal Desktop from the Travelport Admin Portal by following the steps below. If you have a previous version of Universal Desktop on your machine and therefore need to uninstall it prior to installing the new one, see Uninstall Universal Desktop.

Open an Internet browser and navigate to https:\\adminuniversaldesktop.travelport.com. The login screen is displayed.

Log into the Travelport Administrative Portal using your assigned credentials. You may receive an email, or have already received an email, with your credentials.
Note: If you do not have credentials, or your credentials do not allow you enter the Travelport Admin Portal, contact your System Administrator.

Click Login.

Click Yes if the Security Information pop-up is displayed.
Important: Within the Travelport Admin Portal, the following pop-up may also be displayed. You must click No. Otherwise, the download and installation process will produce an error and must be restarted.

Within the Travelport Admin Portal, select the Deployment menu then select Download and Install.

From this screen, it is a good idea to click the Launch Diagnostic link to confirm that your computer meets the minimum specifications.

Click the Download and Install button. The Verisign code-signing for your account may take a couple of minutes.
The system verifies the application requirements.

Click Install in the Application Install – Security Warning pop-up.
The application begins installing.

Enter your Login ID and Password, then click the Log In button.
